腸阻塞造成腸沾黏？腸阻塞就是食積，靠蛋白水解酵素？
常見的病因有沾黏（最常見的是腹部手術後導致的腸沾黏）、糞石（也就是堆積過久的堅硬糞便），以及膽結石掉落腸腔內的阻塞、腸套疊、腸扭結、疝氣及腫瘤。 此種阻塞並非真正的阻塞，而是因腸道蠕動功能受阻而使腸道內容物無法順利排除。
