Writing diary everyday in English

Many people would like using photoshop to edit their pictures. In order to let themselves looked more beautiful and handsome.
However, the pictures used on magazines and newspapers uses photoshop to edit pictures. Should be another story, I would not agree that is a suitable way to sacrifice the reputation of a magazine or a newspaper, just in order to attract more readers in a very short time.

The achievement of a person, it isn't related with his age, it isn't related with his education background, it is related with his experience in life.
It is related to what would he do after his experiencing.
A success person would think and learn from his experience.
Find a leisure moment to reflect on his experiencing alone, would help a person to grow up, definitely.
On reflection he could see some things he ignored . That could help him know what should do, and how to improve next time.

The pains could help you look into something more clear, more deep and more thoroughly.
If you try to concern everyone's feeling,it would make you feel suffering first.
Nothing could be perfect in the world, just do your best at the moment, that is the only thing you could and you should do at the present moment.

I didn't like to be alone when I was a child. I liked to play with other children at anytime, at anywhere.
I still feared being alone when I grew up, because I would come into illusion world easily. Besides, I didn't want the feeling of isolation from the crowd. I didn't like just focus on myself, and ignored the real world.
Gradually, I found losing myself in the daily life, in the repeatedly routine life.

We can't understand other person thoroughly, that is our limit, we should accept that as being human can't understand other people directly from their mind.....Sometimes, we need to decode other people's words, however we can't make sure that we are decoding in a right way........sigh.

I means we should decode someone's true intention.
If we can do that everything would be easier, and don't need to fear misunderstood.
However, human is complicated and easy to change time to time....

My brain is telling my body, "You're tired and aching everywhere now, it's time for you to sleep!"... My body doesn't seem to want to cooperate with my brain... And here's me telling myself, "Go sleep!"

You can listen some music before go to bed. Some relaxing music, like "weightless". You can research it on the net.

In our daily life, we may feel angry or frustrated. This kind negative emotion, if we can't handle it properly, would let us trap into a sleepless night.
I hope to find out some solutions to handle such emotion, however I find they sometimes work and sometimes don't work.
I would try to tell myself ' just let it go.....' and ignore it after then, but the result is it occurs again, when I try to sleep. The emotion of angry and frustrated overcome me again while close my eyes. It make me stay awake, no matter how hard I try, actually harder I try..... only harder I go into sleep..........

Life never would be a straight, it always is up and down with its own melody.
Everyday I would pray for a peaceful day with satisfaction. I try to be nice to everyone I meet everyday.
However, I still would face different unhappy things, they make me feel angry and frustrated. Gradually, I know that life never would follow my wishes, or my planning exactly.
I sometimes would think that is a kind of trial from God, sometimes I would think that may be because of some defect in my character, or in my social communication. That makes me feel depressed, and blame it on myself.......

When I try to consider how to handle a problem, or analyze a situation, I would follow the suggestion of someone, starts it from the simplest point, I truly know and convinced, and then walk forward to the complicate area.....That is the technique I usually use now, and it is practicable for me.
